At AJ Hayes Publishing, our books are printed to order. Printing, fulfilment and delivery are handled by our professional print and fulfilment partner, Bookvault.

Free Shipping 

We currently offer free shipping on all book orders to the United Kingdom and United States.

UK Orders

Orders placed  through our website are sent to Bookvault for production and fulfilment.

Please allow approximately 3 to 7 days for production and dispatch.

US Orders

US orders are printed and fulfilled through Bookvault's US print partners, helping to provide a faster delivery service.

Please allow approximately 3 to 7 days for production and dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been placed you will receive a shipping confirmation email. 

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided with your dispatch notification.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at ajhayespublishing@gmail.com with your order number.

We will investigate the shipment with our fulfilment partner and the relevant delivery service.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at ajhayespublishing@gmail.com

Please include your order number and photographs of the item where appropriate. We will work together with our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Changes or Cancellations

Because our orders are printed on demand, orders may enter production shortly after being placed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once production has started.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
