At AJ Hayes Publishing, our books are printed to order and fulfilled by our professional print and fulfilment partner, Bookvault.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to put things right.

If your book arrives damaged, defective or in a condition that is not of satisfactory quality, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem. We may ask for photographs so that we can investigate the issue with our fulfilment partner.

Where a book is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

If you receive a book that you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

We will investigate the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Because our books are printed specifically in response to customer orders, we are unable to accept returns of books simply because a customer has changed their mind once the order has entered production, except where required by applicable consumer law.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
