At AJ Hayes Publishing, our books are printed to order. Printing, fulfilment and delivery are handled by our professional print and fulfilment partner, Bookvault.

We currently offer free shipping on all book orders to the United Kingdom and United States.

Orders placed through our website are sent to Bookvault for production and fulfilment.

Please allow approximately 3–7 working days for production and dispatch.

US orders are printed and fulfilled through Bookvault's US print partners, helping to provide a faster local delivery service.

Delivery times can vary, and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided with your dispatch notification.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at ajhayespublishing@gmail.com with your order number.

We will investigate the shipment with our fulfilment partner and the relevant delivery service.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at ajhayespublishing@gmail.com

Please include your order number and photographs of the item where appropriate. We will work with our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Because our books are printed on demand, orders may enter production shortly after being placed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once production has started.
